1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of AccuTune Offroad, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Rules

• No purchase necessary to enter.
• Sign up for the AccuTune Offroad newsletter at accutuneoffroad.com/newsletter to be automatically entered.
• You only need to signup once. One entry per person per year is allowed.

3. Giveaway Period & Winner Selection

• The giveaway runs monthly, starting on the first day of each month and ending on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM PST.
• A winner will be randomly selected within 7 days after the month ends.
• The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 48 Hours to claim their prize.

4. Prize Details

• The winner will receive a 20% off coupon, valid for one purchase at AccuTune Offroad, valid for 6 months.
• The coupon is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used before its expiration date.
• Coupon cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
• Standard shipping rates apply. 20% Discount cannot be used towards shipping.

5. Publicity & Privacy

• By entering, participants agree to allow AccuTune Offroad to announce their name (first name and last initial) on the website or social media.
• Email addresses collected will be used for AccuTune Offroad marketing purposes only and will not be shared or sold.

6. General Conditions

• AccuTune Offroad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time.
• If the selected winner does not respond within the claim period, an alternate winner may be chosen.
• Any fraudulent entries or violations of these terms will result in disqualification.
